Every Thursday people from all sorts of businesses, professions and trades come along to one of our weekly breakfast meetings at Mandolay Hotel, Guildford.
All visitors will be welcomed and there is nothing better than participation to see for oneself how word of mouth referrals can be one of the most powerful and cost effective ways of getting new business.

Things to bring with you…
- Your business cards – at least 30
- Your ’60 seconds’ presentation – we want to know about what you do and who you do it for
- £10 to cover your meeting fee and your breakfast
We will be delighted to see you at 6.30am on Thursday mornings at Mandolay Hotel Guildford.
What to expect
Plan to arrive at 6.30am; the meeting will finish by 8.30am.
6.30am - 7.00am
Open networking; introductions and a chance to mingle and chat with current members and this weeks visitors over tea/coffee.
7.00am - 7.15am
Breakfast is served, the meeting opens, the Leadership Team is introduced and business cards are swapped.
7.15am - 7.50am
Each member takes 60 seconds to educate other members and visitors about the service they provide and - most importantly - what sort of referrals they are looking for. After this, you together with other visitors also have the same opportunity to talk about your business for 60 seconds.
7.50am - 7.55am
We learn about how the chapter is performing - how many referrals have been passed and how much actual business has been done. We don't leave these things to chance!
7.55am - 8.05am
10 minute presentation; one member each week is given an opportunity to present a more detailed overview of their business.
8.05am - 8.25am
Referrals! This is where each member gets the chance to give out qualified business referrals to other members and visitors.
8.25am - 8.30am
Announcements and close of meeting.
8.30am onwards
More valuable 'open networking' time
